1925 Gau Honour Badge
An excellent reproduction of a 1925 Traditions-Gau Abzeichen (Party District Commemorative Badge).
There were many badges issued by German Gau (administrative party districts) for outstanding service to the Nazi cause. This badge was the only one to be issued by more than one Gau, and came in two different versions, dated '1923' and '1925'.
This badge features a black swastika, with the date '1925' in the centre, overlaid on a silver oakleaf wreath. The reverse has a standard pin clasp.
