Description
You need these leg ties if you are looking to upgrade your US Army M42 impression. These leg ties were used by the 82nd Airborne during D-day and beyond. Consisting from a similar material to the original these are a fantastic way to step your game up.
Unlike the 101st, the 82nd used sturdy olive-green materials to reinforce their issued M42 uniforms, especially the knees and pockets, with matching webbing as leg ties.
Each strap measures 52 inches and must be sewn onto the un-reinforced M42 trousers. This is done with a box x stitch on the inside of the upper thigh, as shown in the images. Made from the same material as our M42 uniforms, these are a simple and neat way to step up your impression kit.
