These fantastic 501st PIR Geronimo 6 inch Pocket Patches are excellent reproductions of those worn on jacket pockets - usually on an M41 - when not out in the field. The 501st Parachute Infantry Regiment (now the 501st Infantry Regiment, and previously 501st Airborne Infantry Regiment) was firt initiated in 1942 at Camp Toccoa and has seen action many conflicts including WW2, Vietnam, Afghanistan.
