WW2 American Car Club Propaganda Poster

This print of the propaganda poster designed by Harold von Schmidt in 1944 shows a soldier looking straight ahead, with the text over the top "Have you really tried to save gas by getting into a car club?", suggesting that civilians who were not car sharing, or taking unnecessary journeys, were not supporting US soldiers.

A classic Second World War propaganda poster, these reproductions are A4 sized and ready to frame. They make excellent gifts for military enthusiasts and history buffs, and can be posted straight through your letterbox!
