The Roter Adlerorden, known in English as the Prussian Knights Order of the Red Eagle, was awarded to high ranking Officers during the First World War. This is the 3rd Class variant of the award, awarded to many Prussian Officers, such as Major Albrecht von Roon, who later became a Field Marshall, as well as Manfred von Richthofen, also known as 'The Red Baron'.
This award comes complete with the correct red and white ribbon.
