Officers Gold Metal LAH Shoulder Board Cyphers.
These are the second pattern metal cyphers made from a metal gold with the distinctive Latin lettering and overlapping letters, they were firs issued in 1939. These gold cyphers are suitable for the rank of SS-Untersturmfuhrer and above.
Earlier, in 1935 the first pattern cypher was issued, the most noticable difference was that the font was a Baroque style compared to the squared off lettering of the second pattern
They are attached to the shoulder board by the means of two pins that are to be pushed through the board and bent to attach firmly.
Price is for one pair of cyphers in gold metal.
