The Luftwaffe 4 Years and 18 years Service Medal Ribbon was awarded to members of the German Luftwaffe in recognition of four years and then 18 years of loyal service to the organization. This medal was presented once at 4 years and then again at 18 years. Soldiers with 2 silver service medal ribbons would have served the total 18 years. The ribbon itself features a straightforward, minimalist design with a solid blue background with the Reichsadler on top.
