Heer/Waffen SS M43 ski cap made from field grey wool.
The M43 Ski Cap or Einheitsmütze was issued from 1943 to all troops for field wear. It quickly became the most common headgear seen at the front. Undoing the buttons allows the earflaps to be folded down and then secured again for cold weather.
These M43 Ski Caps are made by Sturm Miltec, so are perfect if you're looking to get the best match for a Miltec M43 Uniform you may have bought from us previously (pre Sept. 2014).
Upper: 70% Wool, 30% Viscose
Lining: 100% Cotton
Please Note: The visor on these caps is made from a cloth-covered pasteboard/heavy cardboard, as per the originals. They are therefore not machine washable.
