The Order of the German Eagle with Swords was one of the highest political awards given by the NSDAP. The award was principally awarded to foreign heads of state and diplomats who were considered sympathetic to Nazism, after Hitler himself had introduced the award in 1937.
This is a quality reproduction of the Grand Cross of the Order of the German Eagle in Gold with Star. This classwas the second highest class of the order and was awarded only 14 times to men including Joachim von Ribbentrop, Heinrich Himmler, Francisco Franco, Carl Gustav Mannerheim and King Boris III of Bulgaria.
This is an excellent reproduction of the award, complete with pin back.
