Pair of reproduction WW1 German Puttees in Field Grey
Worn by Imperial German soldiers during the First World War, these leg wraps, puttees, or 'Wickelgamaschen' are wrapped around the ankle and calf to seal the open top of the boot and tidy away the trouser hem. These quality reproductions are made of quality feldgrau wool and measure 10 cm (~4 inches) wide and 244 cm (~8 feet) long, with a 90 cm (~36 inches) tie at the end.
Perfect for WW1 reenactment or those keen on traditional alternatives to gaiters!
