Arbeitseinsatz was a forced labour category of internment within Nazi Germany during World War II. As more German men were called up for military service, more citizens of occupied territories were forced to work in German industry and agriculture.
Tschechen Arbeitseinsatz was the designation of Czech forced labourers. In 1945 there were an estimated 7.7 million forced labourers in Germany, many of them were children and half were women.
