WW2 US Medical Pouch Insert.
These reproduction Pouch Inserts were often found laced inside of the top of the Army issued medic's pouch. The insert is made from canvas and has a line of metal eyelets at the top with a lacing cord. Along the front of the insert there are six separate loops which can be used to hold medicine tubes such as atabrine vials. There are also two slim line pouches beneath these loops which are perfect for storing sachets
