WW2 German SA Feldpost Cuff Title.
Worn by members of the Feldpost of an SA unit.
Feldpost is the military mail service of Germany and has existed in some form or another since the 18th Century.
All German military and para-military branches had its own organic postal administration in charge of receiving and delivering mail. For Feldpost offices closest to the combat zone a mobile facility usually processed mail for all military branches. Every unit had a unique Feldpost number which worked in much the same way as a postcode.
