This is a reproduction of the long wehrmacht gas mask canister with the filter case on the inside of the lid.
These gas mask tins are made from steel, with a fine metal inside lining, allowing the gas mask to be removed easily from the canister. They are a vital piece of kit for any WW2 German reenactor. We have sprayed these ones ourselves with a German Dunkelgelb, making them ideal for Tropical and other Afrika Korps troops.
They are great quality cans, made from a tough metal and ready for action!
