Description
Crafted from hardened leather, this helmet replicates the distinctive glossy finish of the originals and is adorned with gold-colored metal trim for an authentic appearance. The helmet follows the design of the 1915 model, which features a detachable top spike. During wartime, soldiers often removed the spike while serving at the front, where it was considered impractical for combat situations. The spike could be reattached for ceremonial or parade functions.
Each helmet is handmade, giving it a unique, handcrafted finish that distinguishes it from mass-produced replicas. This attention to detail provides a sense of historical authenticity, making it an excellent addition to any collection, historical reenactment, or display. The helmet is designed to fit head sizes between 57-59 cm, offering a comfortable and secure fit for most wearers.
