Description
This WW1 German M16 Helmet with Sniper Plate is an excellent reproduction of the helmet introduced to German troops in April 1916. Finished in field grey, it reflects the original design, providing greater protection on the battlefield compared to the earlier Spiked Pickelhaube. This reproduction also comes with an attachable sniper plate, an essential feature that was provided to snipers and other select troops during the war for additional head protection.
The sniper plate attaches securely to the helmet with a strap, using the lugs and grooves for a precise fit. Whether you're restoring a WWI uniform, participating in a reenactment, or building a historical collection, this helmet is a perfect addition that combines historical accuracy with fine craftsmanship.
