These high quality shoulder boards are made up from a silver/grey braid on a black wool base, with dark green wool piping, as worn by Senior Waffen SS Recruitment Officers during WW2.

Did the general ss wear only 1 shoulder piece on their black M32 Allgemeine SS Officers service tunic? Are the shoulder pads equipped with a double flap and thus can be both sewn into the shoulder and made around the loops for the shoulder pad, if any?
