Metz 1944 Cuff Title.
The 'Metz 1944' cuff title was awarded to those who had fought in the defence of the Metz citadel in 1944. At Metz, german forces were able to hold Patton's Third Army for 3 months. This allowed other German units to dig in on the Siegfried line.
This cuff title has the Metz 1944 inscription in grey thread on black cloth with borders.
The cuff title is approximately 3 cm wide and 41 cm long.
