WW2 German Kriegsmarine Base Worker Badge, worn by workers at the La Pallice base in France.
The badge features the letter B at the centre above the a number. Around the edge it features the words "Kriegsmarinewerft La Pallice" upon a green backing. The back has a horizontal needle pin and the badge itself measures 56mm x 43mm. The number at the botton of the badge is different on each individual badge.
