Reproduction of the longer German K98 gun cleaning rod.
This is a reproduction of the standard length (32cm) cleaning rod for the German K98 (98 Kar) It has one threaded end for the attachment of other rods and the other end with a slot for the cleaning/ oiling cloth.
Some models required a shorter cleaning rod which can be found below whereas late war models had the cleaning rod keeper done away with altogether.
