British Mark 7 Helmet.
The British Mk7 (aka MKVII) helmet was first introduced in 2009 after being developed by NP Aerospace as a replacement for the Mk 6 helmet. The Mk 7 helmet was 0.5 kg lighter than its predecessor and had better chin strapping. The Mk 7 helmet was also manufactured in a tan colour making them ideal for use in Afghanistan.
These Army surplus helmets have a textured tan shell with black edging. They have a liner which included black leather padded cushions and a mesh suspension pad. Each helmet has a olive green canvas chin strap with chin plate for added comfort.
Please note that due to their surplus nature there will be some variation in design and some signs of wear.
