Airfix 1/72 Curtiss P-40B Warhawk Model Kit
The P-40 was designed and made in the United States but saw action across all theatres of the Second World War and was outfitted to nearly all air forces of the allied nations. The P-40 was poorly matched against the Bf-109 of Germany and the Mitsubushi Zero of Japan but found much success in North Africa and Asia.
This model has a recommended colour scheme of 6th Pursuit Squadron of the 18th Pursuit Group based in Hawaii 1941.
