WW2 German Reversible Zeltbahn - Oakleaf Camo
These Quality, 100% cotton canvas reproductions of the German SS Reversible Zeltbahn Poncho come in an Oakleaf Camouflage.
Made from a tough, durable duck cotton canvas it also features double sided printing of the SS Oakleaf camo, in the greener Summer camo and the orange Autumn camo as well as all the eyelets and buttons to turn it into a shelter or tent and poncho. The zelts also come with a pair of leather equipment straps to keep it all rolled up and tidy for attaching to a belt or A-frame.

Are these canvas materials resistant to water to be used for rainy/story reenactment shelters or just to replicate the feeling that it is?

If you intend to use these in wet/rainy conditions I would recommend using some cotton-proof treatment to make them waterproof. Please bear in mind that this will reduce the breathability of the fabric.Answered by Admin on 22 Nov 2022
