Excellent reproduction World War One German M-16 helmets.
The M16 Stahlhelm was introduced when the Pickelhaube was found to provide insufficient protection for the shrapnel filled nature of trench warfare. With a steel pot, leather liner and grey paint job just like the originals these are perfect for reenactment or collecting. These replicas have the liner already in place and will need some adjustment to fit comfortably. The small pockets inside the liner come fully padded out and will most likely need some of the filling to be removed or moved around to ensure the best fit, so just order the size matching your head circumference and adjust from there. Finally adjust the fit of the leather chinstrap for a secure and comfortable fit.

What is the shell size for the XXL (62/63 cm) M16 helmet?

Measuring around the outside of the rivets, the outer shell measures to 68cm. Our M16 helmets do not come with stamped sizes inside the shell.Answered by Admin on 06 Oct 2022
