The Star of the German order Cross was one of the highest awards possible to achieve in the NSDAP. Individuals who demonstrated the most important duties to the party were the only ones to receive such a prestigious award.
The medal features the eagle in the middle of the medal, holding a swastika, and also features a vertical pin on the reverse.
