SS Officers Gabardine Wool Black Tunic
Superb reproduction of the famous black M32 Allgemeine SS Officers service tunic.
These tunics are made from a fine black gabardine wool with silver piping around the collar. They feature chest and hip pockets with pointed flaps, turned up French cuffs and a single epaulette button for a cross strap. The jacket interior features a quality rayon silk lining with an internal pocket.

Hello there, in terms of reenacting and pure curiosity - is there any major difference between the "wool" and the "gabardine" tunics/uniforms? Was one material worn more often or more popular among the members than the other?

The wool uniforms are more heavy wearing and more often used in combat, the gaberdine was more commonly used for dress uniforms.Answered by Admin on 10 Jul 2023
