Quality reproduction armband of the WW2 German Political Officers, made from a quality wool.
In 1939 the Nazi Party introduced an armband system, to denote positions within the party. This style of armband would of been worn by a Reichsleiter, a national leader. These were second in rank only to Hitler and reported directly to him.
The armbands feature the swastika at the centre, bordered by embroidered golden wreaths on a red woollen armband.
The armband measures approximately 20 x 12.5 cm.
