Knights Cross Oakleaves with Swords - Antique
Recipients of the 1939 Iron Cross, who continued to go above and beyond the call of duty were awarded the Oakleaves with Swords. The Oakleaves were introduced to further distinguish those already awarded with the Knights Cross of the Iron Cross.
Introduced in June 1940, as an extension of the Knights Cross of the Iron Cross, these replicas of the Oakleaves with Swords have an Antique finish and the reverse is complete with the correct fold-over prongs for fitting.
The Knights Cross Oakleaves with Swords was awarded to those who continued to show merit and bravery in combat.
